COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metra Instruments M1010 BT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD093CN040N2M110PB2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPL8316E36E manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520LV by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Automated-Logic Brand ME812UE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as NCM350 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NT631CST153BEV3 made by Omron as well as the popular MWSSR2A original spares produced by Wadeco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MC031D by Mitsubishi and NCM350 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NPSTE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikki-Densko. |
